

At the bottom of the main window is a little padlock icon that says 'Blocked IP ranges' when I hover over it, but worryingly has the number 0 next to it.

I therefore downloaded the latest build (1.1.9) and installed it, and then went into options and turned on 'Blocklist' in the plugins. the Mac OS X application, PeerGuardian () by Qnation, in the iBoostUp software database. I used to use uTorrent with Peerguardian, but as peerguardian doesn't run on Windows 7 (have tried disabling forced driver signature checking etc.) I started looking for an alternative, and read on a forum somewhere that Deluge supports IP blocking. Not sure if this is in the right section.
